Limit: 15 total raters. Choose people who have worked closely with you or who have substantial recent exposure to your leadership. The goal is range, not volume. Raters with limited exposure dilute the signal.

Group your raters into up to five categories. Label each group exactly as you want it to appear in the report.

If a subset of any group sees a meaningfully different side of you, for example Skip-Level Reports vs. Direct Reports, break them out as their own group.
Aim for at least three people per group where possible.
Non-confidential groups (typically those above you, such as your leader or spouse): if a group has 1 or 2 raters, those raters will be told their feedback will not be anonymous.
Confidential groups (those at your level or below, such as Peers and Direct Reports): require at least 3 completed surveys. Raters will be told their feedback will not be identified as coming from them specifically.

If any of your raters sit at outside organizations, share this same link with their IT departments as well. The link itself stays the same across projects, but the technical specs behind it are updated periodically, so resend it before each project.
